How do I claim my Digital Gift Card?
When someone sends you a One4all Digital Gift Card, you will receive an email and/or text message letting you know, with an option to ‘Claim’ your card.
Click on the ‘Claim’ button – this will take you to our website and show you the card and message from the sender. To claim your card, you will either need to create a One4all account, or log in to an existing account. Make sure to use your correct details here, as we need your phone number for verification purposes before you access and use your gift card.
Once you are signed in, the gift card you received will be available in your account. Please note: once you have claimed your card and completed the above process, the claim button will no longer work. To access your card, you simply need to go to www.one4alldigital.com and log in. Trying to use the claim link more than once will result in an error message saying, “This card is no longer available.”

In this case, you have already claimed the gift card and it is tied to your account. Simply go to www.one4alldigital.com and click the gift card icon at the top right of the page to access your gift card.
How do I send my Digital Gift Card?
After you have purchased your card, it will show in your account under My Gift Cards. To access this section, click the gift card icon at the top right of the page. The card will be in the Send tab. If there is a message saying, “Hold tight”, that means we are processing the card, this includes performing fraud checks on the transaction and may take time depending on the time of day.
Once approved the card will become available to use, so log back into your account to check if it is ready to send.
Once ready, a Send button will appear under the card; simply click this to customise the card and then enter the details of the person you are sending to, including both email and mobile number. You will be asked for a verification code before it allows you to send the card. This will be sent to the mobile you entered when claiming the card and creating an account.
Don’t worry if you don’t have the recipient’s phone number, just use your own. In this case, the recipient will not receive a text to claim their card, just an email.
How do I view my full card details?
Log in to www.one4alldigital.com - you can not view your digital gift cards on our other sites.
From here, click the gift card icon at the top right hand of the screen.
Under the Spend Section, click ‘View full card details. In this section, you will also see two link icons which will provide you details on how to spend the cards online and in store.
Please note: If the section which should contain the card details does not load, try it from a mobile device or, if you are using a work device, ask your IT department if they are blocking access.
Not receiving a verification code?
The verification code is required to authorise use of your card. While it is possible that your mobile carrier is having issues with the delivery of the code it is more likely the phone number provided when claimed the card was incorrect.
If you have entered the wrong phone number, you can amend this under the account information section in your account after you are logged in. Please note: this is not the same as your Billing Information.
Just click to edit the phone number, enter a new one and you will receive a verification code via email to complete the amendment.
If you have checked the mobile phone number is correct, and you are still not receiving the verification code, please contact customer support.
Expired claim link
The Claim link sent to your email or SMS does not expire. If you are receiving a message saying that the card is no longer available, it means the card has already been claimed. Please log in to your account with the details you used to claim the card to gain access to it. You can not use the claim link more than once.
How do I spend my card in store?
The card works the same in store as Google/Apple Pay. One4all does not impose any limit on the amount you can tap for but some retailers may, so it is best to ask before purchasing.
If the balance of your card is for example 37.00 and you are looking to purchase an item for 100.00, be sure to let the cashier know you wish to make a part payment with your 37.00 balance, as you would do if you were paying part cash/part card.
Hold your phone to the card terminal to pay by NFC, the phone will usually beep or vibrate to confirm the transaction, some phones may ask for your thumb / finger print for security to authorise the payment, this depends on your device.
How to spend my digital card online?
Once you log in to your account you can view all cards that are available to spend in the “Spend” section of your account. Simply select the ‘Spend Online’ option to view your card details, including the full 16 digit card number, expiry date and CVV2 number.
These details can be used with any of our retailers that typically accept One4all Gift Cards online. When spending, enter the details of your card as though you were using a credit/debit card. Please note that the value of the purchase cannot be greater than the value of the card, as most websites do not accept multiple payment methods.
Convert Digital Card to Physical Card
Want a plastic One4all Gift Card? You can use your digital gift card details (card number and CVV2) to buy one. Remember, you can spend your digital gift card in-store and online right now, just like the plastic One4all Gift Card – there is no spend limit in-store.
Still want to convert your card?
Click ‘View Card Details’ and take a note of the info. Next, visit one4all.com and purchase a new plastic gift card, using your digital gift card info at checkout. Make sure to use promo code LETSGETPHYSICAL to remove the postage charge.
I’m having an issue with the app
Please note: To use our App you must have a PIN or similar security set on your phone, you must have NFC enabled and you cannot run your phone in debug mode. If any of these criteria are not met, the app will not run for security reasons.
You will be asked when installing the app to set it as default payment. This is required for the payment to come from your One4all Digital Gift Card.
Once you log into the app you will see your cards. From here you can select which card you wish to pay with, should you wish to use the balance of a particular card (if you have multiple).
If your cards do not load, please check your data connection, as this is required to load the card information.
If a problem persists, go to the app settings to force close the app, clear the cache and re-log in.
I’m having an issue logging in
If you are having an issue trying to log in to our sites or app, please use the ‘Forgot password’ function to reset your password.
All our One4all sites use the same username and password, so if you have an account on any of our sites you can use the same login on our other sites.
Make sure you are on the correct website, Ireland or UK, and if you are using digital make sure you are logged in to that site in order to see your Digital Gift Cards.
